On the morning of January 22, Burcham’s Metals employees worked together to help a customer experiencing cardiac arrest. According to Albany Fire Department personnel, the efforts of the Burcham’s team prior to their arrival saved the life of the customer.

“As their employer, I am extremely grateful and proud of how this team functioned together to achieve this wonderful outcome. We thank God for the amazing results!” said Jay Burcham.

Jay was honored in with the Distinguished Service Award by the Albany Area Chamber of Commerce. Additionally, six members of the Burcham’s crew were recognized by Albany Fire Department at the City Council meeting on February 14th.
